We are creating a community that together we can conciously choose a pathway towards greater health and vitality. Dr. Deepak Chopra along with other Ayurvedic doctors have created the first all natural, holistic weight reduction program that will naturally balance your body, mind and spirit. Along with Certified Hypnotherapist Maile Gray we will learn how to remove limiting beliefs, proper nutrition, and exercise that will balance our unique body constitution. 2010 is the year to make our New Year's Resolution our New Year's Reality!
This will be the first of a 10 week series. We will meet every other week, there will be 5 meetings.
There is no fee for the program however there is a cost for Ayurvedic products used in the program.
