A Fabulous Yoga class every Thursday night at Buster's Baskets and Gifts! Every class is different, but every part of your body gets opened up and changed wonderfully! Class has strengthening moves as well as flexibility moves. My whole intent in teaching this class is to allow people to create balance in their lives; and also to keep the body strong and flexible in order to stay healthy and avoid the too common back, neck and easily preventable injuries many people have- because most of the common injuries are preventable.
