Birth Empowerment Support Team (B*E*S*T) has supported hundreds of women and families throughout the greater Los Angeles area since 1996.

The owner of B*E*S*T, tracy hartley, CD(DONA) has attended almost 400 births, providing private childbirth classes, birth hypnosis, newborn photography and/or videography, labor and birth notes and guaranteed backup doulas. Many of her clients have received 70% reimbursement from their insurance companies for her services.
